Deleting Your Account
If you wish to permanently delete your user account from the Known Question Game app, please follow the instructions below.
Step 1: Compose an Account Deletion Request Email

Open your preferred email client and compose a new email.

Address the email to nia@crowdsourced.co.

Step 2: Include Required Information

In the email body, provide the following information to help us identify your account:

Full Name

Registered Email Address

Username or User ID

Step 3: State Your Intent

Clearly state that you wish to delete your user account and discontinue using the app.

Optionally, you may mention any specific reasons for your decision.

Step 4: Send the Email

Once you have provided the necessary information and stated your intent, click the "Send" button to submit your account deletion request.

Step 5: Confirmation Email

After sending the deletion request, keep an eye on your email inbox for a confirmation message.

Follow any instructions provided in the confirmation email to complete the process.
